What is the Cellfina® System?

Cellfina® is the proven FDA-cleared1 and CE-marked2 treatment that can deliver long term cellulite dimple reduction, with results that are maintained at three years.3 The minimally invasive treatment combines advanced technology to treat the underlying structural cause of cellulite dimples, which can significantly improve the appearance of cellulite, after a single treatment.3 A straightforward solution to cellulite dimples, Cellfina® combines a proven approach with innovative, proprietary technology, to produce precise, long-lasting results.3,4

How does the Cellfina® System work?

Cellfina® combines advanced proprietary technology with a well-established procedure called Subcision®, to treat the structural cause of cellulite.3 This innovative solution is an effective and well-tolerated method to treat cellulite dimples with precise and reproducible results, in just one treatment.3,4

How soon will patients see improvement?

Within just 14 days of treatment, patients reported feeling satisfied with their results. Clinical data showed that 93% of patients were still satisfied at three years.3

How long do results last?

A single Cellfina® treatment can meaningfully reduce the appearance of cellulite dimples, with results maintained at three years.3

Are there any side effects?

In the pivotal clinical trial, no serious adverse events associated with the Cellfina® treatment were reported.5 The most common side effects reported were soreness, tenderness, bruising and fluid accumulation, and these resolved quickly.4 Just three days after treatment, 71% of patients reported their pain as minimal and the majority felt pain only with touch or pressure to the area treated.4 93% of patients had no bruising at 4 weeks.5

How long does the procedure take?

The in-clinic procedure takes approximately 45 to 60 minutes, depending on the individual patient and the number of areas being treated.4

Will the patient need to take time off?

There is limited downtime associated with Cellfina®.5 Some patients experience initial soreness, tenderness, and bruising, these resolve quickly with time.4
